Getting Started - VyzorCam iOS

  1. Grant permissions when prompted (Camera, Microphone, Photos, Bluetooth, Location, Motion/Fitness as needed).
  2. Connect sensors (optional): Open Sensors, tap Start scanning, select your HR/power/speed devices.
  3. Choose gauge style: Text-only or themed gauges; arrange on the 3x3 grid.
  4. Record: Hit record; overlays render live on the video.
  5. Save/Share: Export to Photos or your preferred app.

Tip: If you don`t have a speed sensor, VyzorCam can use GPS speed when Location is allowed.

Getting Started - Vyzor 4K Studio Desktop

  1. Open your activity file (TCX/FIT).
  2. Pick a product mode: Fly (map animations), HUD (video overlays), Tale (story summaries), Snap (photo overlays), or Reel (portrait video overlays).
  3. Adjust settings: Choose Theme and other available options depending on the selected mode.
  4. Render: Export the final video or photo. Files are saved locally and ready to share.

Licensing: Purchases are processed securely via Paddle.

Troubleshooting - VyzorCam

Bluetooth sensor not found

  • Ensure the sensor is awake and not paired in iOS Settings → Bluetooth.
  • In the app, open Sensors → Start scanning and wait up to 60s.
  • Grant Bluetooth permission in iOS Settings → VyzorCam.

GPS speed not showing

  • iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → VyzorCam → set to While Using.
  • Go outdoors with clear sky; disable Low Power Mode if GPS looks sluggish.

No camera/mic access

  • iOS Settings → VyzorCam → enable Camera and Microphone.
  • Restart the app after changing permissions.

Gauges clipped or too large

  • Switch gauge design.
  • Reposition on the grid; avoid placing too close to edges.

Troubleshooting - Vyzor 4K Studio

File won`t load

  • Confirm the activity is TCX or FIT; re-export from your platform if needed.
  • Check that timestamps and distance fields exist in the file.

Overlays missing

  • Verify the selected overlay has corresponding data (e.g., HR requires HR stream).
  • Check settings/preset and re-render.

Render issues

  • Close other heavy apps; ensure adequate disk space.
  • Keep Vyzor in focus during rendering so the animation continues smoothly.

Licensing / purchase

  • Keep your Paddle receipt; contact us with the email used at checkout.

FAQ

Do you collect my data?

VyzorCam processes telemetry on your device and does not upload it to our servers. Purchases for Vyzor 4K Studio are handled by Paddle. See our Privacy Policy.

Which sensors are supported?

Common BLE sensors such as heart-rate belts, power meters, and speed sensors. If a sensor is unsupported, email us with the model name.

Can I request a refund?

For desktop purchases, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles billing. Contact us with your receipt if you need help.

Where do I send logs or sample files?

Email support@vyzor.cc and attach short samples (or a link). Include your iOS version / device model or desktop OS.

Do I need an account?

No. VyzorCam works fully without accounts or sign‑ups. You can record, preview, and save to Photos without creating a profile.

Does the app track me?

No. We don’t use tracking SDKs or analytics that follow you across other apps or websites. Telemetry used for overlays (speed, HR, power, grade) is processed on-device and not uploaded to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What permissions does VyzorCam use and why?

Permissions are requested just‑in‑time and the app continues to work with whatever data is available (for example, GPS speed without sensors, or no grade if Motion is denied).

Why doesn’t VyzorCam provide an App Clip?

Meaningful use of VyzorCam requires Camera, Microphone, Bluetooth sensors, Location, Motion data, and saving to Photos. These combined capabilities exceed the size and API scope of App Clips (≤10 MB, limited APIs). Because of this, a useful experience can only be delivered through the full app.
