This Privacy Policy applies to the following products operated by us:
In this policy, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of these products. “You” refers to end users of Vyzor 4K Studio and/or VyzorCam.
If you purchase Vyzor 4K Studio, we collect your name, email address, and purchase details via our checkout provider, Paddle. This information is used to fulfill your purchase, provide license management, and deliver updates.
VyzorCam records video and overlays real-time telemetry from sensors available on your device or connected via Bluetooth. VyzorCam does not create user accounts and does not upload your telemetry to our servers.
Depending on the features you use, VyzorCam may request access to:
All such data is processed on your device for the purpose of rendering overlays and is not transmitted to us. If you choose to export, share, or back up your media, that transfer occurs through the destinations you select (e.g., Photos, Files, third-party apps).
If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you provide (e.g., your email address and message content). You may optionally share diagnostic information or sample files to help us troubleshoot.
On iOS, Apple may provide us with aggregated, de-identified crash reports if you have opted in to share analytics with app developers. These reports do not include personally identifiable information. On desktop, we do not collect analytics or tracking; if diagnostics are sent, they are provided by you during support.
We use Paddle.com as our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, fraud prevention, and secure checkout. See Paddle`s Privacy Policy for details.
VyzorCam is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may process data as described in Apple`s privacy materials (e.g., crash reporting if you opt in). For more information, refer to Apple`s privacy resources.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your telemetry, media, or sensor data with third parties. We may share minimal information with service providers solely to deliver our services (e.g., Paddle for payments) or when required by law.
For purchases, we retain records as necessary for accounting, compliance, and support. For VyzorCam, telemetry and media are stored on your device and under your control. We do not retain copies unless you explicitly send files to us for support, in which case we keep them only as long as necessary to address the issue.
You can request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you (e.g., purchase records or support emails) by contacting us at support@vyzor.cc. For data stored on your device by VyzorCam, you can delete it directly from your device (e.g., in Photos/Files) or uninstall the app.
Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
If you have any questions about this policy or our practices, email us at support@vyzor.cc.
